Article Sites *** The login column is hidden intentionally. Article Sites Table Wanted Category Schedule Command Add Sites    Article Sites Table Article Sites Table lists all the article sites included Article Drip Robot. These article sites either has a stable high Page Rank (PR3 or above) or a stable high Alexa Rank (<15K). Most Top Article Sites are included in our software. The article sites, which are included , are listed at Here. Right click mouse on Article Sites table, it pops a menu: Note that, "Select" means "HighLight" the article site, "Check" means "Check the checkbox" in the first column of the article site. In below screen shot, EzineArticles and GoArticles are Selected and Checked, IdeaMarketers is Selected only, all other article sites are Checked only.  Visit Selected WebSite: Show article site's homepage in Browser tab. Visit Selected Site's Author Guide: Show article site's author guide page in Browser tab. It is users responsibity to follow these author guides on different article sites. Update Checked Sites Login: By default, Article Drip Robot does not have logins for the article sites. Users have to create the accounts first (*** Registration feature helps users create accounts easily). Users can use their existing accounts for these article sites too. Users need input their login into Article Drip Robot software. Users can select the article site's name from the drop down list, and update the login for each site one by one. Or, check the checkbox "Apply Same Login To All Checked Sites", then update all logins for all checked sites using the same login ID and Password. In the above example, 19 sites were checked. It is very convenient to update the login if you have the same login on different sites. *** Note that, on some article sites, the login ID is the email you used, and on some other article sites, the login ID is the user name you created. And on some article sites, in the first time login, users need create a pen name, i.e. site "articledashboard". The software will not create this pen name automatically. Users need do it manually. We suggest users login the account at least once from browser, i.e. Internet explorer or Firefox, once the accounts are created. Registration feature helps users create accounts easily.   Update Checked Sites Notes: By dafault, Article Drip Robot has simple notes for each site. Users can add their own notes for each site.   Users can select the article site's name from the drop down list, and update the notes for each site one by one. Or, check the checkbox "Apply Same Notes To All Checked Sites", then update all notes for all checked sites using the same notes. In the above example, 3 sites were checked. Users can update the notes for current site quickly at the bottom of the window.   Update Checked Sites Page Rank: Users can update article sites' (homepage) Page Rank whenever they want. Usually, Page Rank will not change frequently (usually, they change every 3 or 6 months). We do NOT recommend users update the Page Rank frequently.   Check All Selected Sites: Check the checkbox of all Selected Sites. Uncheck All Selected Sites: Uncheck the checkbox of all Selected Sites. Check All Sites: Check the checkbox of all sites. Uncheck All Sites: Uncheck the checkbox of all sites. BackUp All Logins: BackUp users logins for all the article sites, so that it is easier for users to use different logins to submit articles. It will keep all the users ID, Password and Notes on different aritcle sites. If users want to save all the "Post Info", please use the Save Project under menu "Project". Restore All Logins: Restore users logins for all the article sites. The existing logins will be replaced by the restored logins. It is always better to backup current logins before use "Restore Logins" feature. If users want to load the previous saved "Post Info", please use the Load Project under menu "Project".    Fetch Category: Get categories from the article sites automatically. This feature is related with Add Sites. Users do not have to use this feature if there is no new article sites by the user. *** Note that, when fetching categories from the article sites, Article Drip Robot will act as posting the article. It will not post anything. Check Add Sites for more details.  Reload Article Sites: Reload article sites from the software. It is related with Add Sites feature too. In most cases, you will never ever need use this feature.  Delete Selected Sites from List: Users can delete Bad sites from the list. Once they are deleted, there is no way to restore the sites unless users did backup before the delete.   Back To Top    Wanted Category Fill in the category names that wanted to use, click "Match" button, Article Drip Robot will find the matching categories quickly. Below it is an example. Once finished matching, the matched category column is shown in Green Color. The gray color means that there is no matching category on that site. User can select article category from article sites table directly if the software does not find the matching category.   *** Note that , the categories in Article Drip Robot are collected from the actual article site. If users can not find the matching category from the category list, then the article should not be submitted to that site.   Back To Top    Schedule Users can use Schedule to drip articles slowly to article sites. Users choose: Starting Date: When to start the first batch submission.  Post Interval (days): Time interval between different batch submissions. # Of Sites Submit To: Number of article sites it submits to in each batch submission.   For example, in the above screen shot, if the first 12 article sites checked, then generated Post Queue is: On 12/21/2008, the article will be submitted to the article sites No.1 to No.3. On 12/26/2008, the article will be submitted to the article sites No.4 to No.6. On 12/31/2008, the article will be submitted to the article sites No.7 to No.9. On 01/05/2009, the article will be submitted to the article sites No.10 to No12. *** Note that, if Rotation Macro are used in Post Info, then the Post Info for each submission to each article sites will be unique.   *** Note that, the submission in the Post Queue will be processed in the background whenever Article Drip Robot is running. When the submission is done, the "Done" column in Post Queue table will be changed to Done.   Back To Top    Command There are 2 commands: Post Command: Users can choose to start the submission immediately. Registration Command: Start registrate accounts on checked article sites. Article Drip Robot will load the registration page and fill in your information inputed in Registration Info tab. Users can use the "Next" or "Stop" buttons in Registration Command group to registrate account on the next site, or, stop the registartion.  *** Note that, Article Drip Robot wil try to fill in all information that is needed for creating the account. Users need confirm the information and click the "Submit" button to create the account.   Back To Top       Add Sites Users can add article sites that are powered by certain scripts to the list: Article Friendlyscript: Demo site can be found at www.articlefriendly.net. Article Dash Board script: Demo site can be found at www.articledashboard.com .  WordPress Article Directory script: An article directory plug in for WordPress blog. Demo site can be found at articlesss.com .  *** Note that, article sites that are powered by these scripts are supposed to be similar to the demo sites. If the sites have too many changes, they may not work with Article Drip Robot. Click Add Sites button, it pops a window.   Select the site script, then input the site's homepage URLs (starts with 'http://') in the box, one line for each URL. For example: If the article site is at the top domain, then use the top domain, i.e. http://www.bestinfobay.com . If the article site is at the subdomain, then use the subdomain, i.e. http://articles.bestinfobay.com . If the article site is at the subfolder, then use the subfolder, i.e. http://www.bestinfobay.com/myarticles . Article Sites will be added at the end of Article Sites Table. The added site in Article Sites table does not have the category information. In order to get the category for the site: Use the Registration feature to create an account for the site. Most sites will send a confirm email for account registration. And for most sites powered by Article Dash Board, once confirmed registration,  users will need manually create a penname on the site to get the category or post articles. Update the login for the added site into Article Drip Robot. Right click Article Sites table, click "Fetch Category". If "Fetch Category" is succeeded, the categories for the added site will be shown in the category drop down list for the added site. Once fetched the categories for the added site, then users can use it as a default site. *** Added Sites may NOT be compatible with Article Drip Robot, it depends on how the site was setup by their owners.   Back To Top         << First    < Previous   > Next    >> Last
